My mission is to catalyze a culture of authenticity, collaboration and innovation through empowering our "Voice of Leadership".

The 'Voice of Leadership' is clear, confident, and connected physically, mentally, emotionally, and energetically.

I've spent 25+ years developing the ‘Voice of Leadership’ method of developing presence, influence, and creative confidence.  Combining my professional background in Communication, Education, Psychology, and Acting, I now promote the essential leadership skills of voice projection, emotional connection, courage, and presence to help leaders step up to make a powerful contribution to their teams and organisations. 

I was born and raised in the US and began my professional career with work in project management, customer service, sales, and facilitation for software and leadership development companies. I then took a leap to follow my creative passion as a professional actor, singer, and personal and professional development teacher. Always passionate about learning and growing, I received my B.A. with honours at the University of Virginia, a Masters degree in Education, at Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia, and was recently ordained interfaith celebrant and am a leader/ mentor of the Dances of Universal Peace. I am a dual citizen of the USA and New Zealand and am currently based in Kinloch, Taupo.
